About the role
This full-time Finance Intern role manages the organization's financial integrity by overseeing the creation and upkeep of essential records and reports. It supports fiscal health through careful transaction processing, helps with strategic budgeting, and ensures financial activities follow established policies and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Create and update financial documentation and official reports
- Process invoices, payments, expenses and handle account reconciliations
- Assist in developing and managing budgets and long-term financial plans
- Track and analyze incoming revenue and outgoing expenditures
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and compliance regulations
- Keep financial records accurate and confidential
Required profile
- Proficiency in managing financial records and generating reports
- Experience with payments, invoices and expense reconciliations
- Ability to contribute to budgeting and financial planning
- Strong understanding of financial compliance policies and internal controls
