Field Verification Officer

About the role
The Field Verification Officer will conduct on‑site verification of merchants and loan applicants for PalmPay. This role ensures that business locations and applicant information are accurate, supporting the bank’s credit decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Perform physical visits to verify merchant and customer locations.
- Confirm the authenticity of business operations and the information provided.
- Document findings and submit detailed verification reports.
- Support loan processing by meeting verification timelines.
- Escalate any discrepancies or suspicious findings to internal teams.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: OND, HND or B.Sc.
- Must reside in Delta or Ondo State.
- Willingness to work extensively in the field.
- Strong communication and observation abilities.
- Ability to follow instructions and submit accurate reports.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from N150,000 to N200,000 per month, based on experience.
