Field Supervisor – Oil & Gas Projects

About the role

Habrams Energy Services is seeking a motivated Supervisor to lead field operations on oil & gas projects in the Gulf of Guinea. The role involves overseeing construction and maintenance activities, ensuring safety standards, and coordinating with engineering teams to deliver projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily field operations and construction activities on site.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to align work plans.
• Monitor progress, quality and schedule, reporting status to senior management.
• Manage on‑site resources, troubleshoot issues and maintain a safe working environment.

Required profile

• 2–8 years of relevant experience in field supervision or construction management.
• Strong HSE mindset with the ability to enforce safety standards.
• Proven ability to work under pressure in field conditions.
• Clear reporting and communication skills.
• Engineering or technical background.
