Field Service Engineer – CTS Solutions

About the role

The Field Service Engineer will deliver expert repair, maintenance and installation services for CTS technology solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction and equipment reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Perform planned and ad‑hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot and repair compressors, air dryers, generators and lighting towers.
• Diagnose issues to minimise downtime, ensure safety compliance and document all activities.
• Act as the on‑site contact, provide service recommendations and address customer needs promptly.

Required profile

• University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience with CTS‑related products and field service work.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented with strong communication and customer focus.

Required skills

• Overhaul/repair of compressors, air dryers, generators and lighting towers.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with Elektronikon modules and related components.
