Field Sales Representative – Junior & Senior (Abuja)

About the role

We are looking for dynamic field sales representatives to promote Digishoppa’s business‑management platform across Abuja. The role involves direct interaction with business owners to raise brand awareness, activate subscriptions and support new users.

Key responsibilities

• Visit SMEs, startups and enterprises in the field to introduce the platform.
• Activate new subscriptions and onboard users onto the system.
• Provide basic first‑line support and answer product queries.
• Collect market intelligence and feedback to guide product improvements.
• Maintain records of activities using a simple CRM tool.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.
• Basic understanding of sales, inventory and finance processes.
• 2‑5 years of experience in field sales, customer acquisition or related customer‑facing roles, preferably in SaaS, fintech or POS solutions.
• Minimum OND in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; a BSc is preferred.
