Field Sales Representative

About the role

Fabcom Structural Ltd., a leading Nigerian manufacturer of roofing and building solutions, is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to expand its market presence across Abuja and surrounding states. You will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring customers, and achieving sales targets by building strong relationships with contractors, developers, dealers, architects, engineers, and homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, cold calling, and market intelligence.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, generate qualified leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Conduct regular visits to construction sites, material markets, roofing dealers, hardware stores, and corporate organizations.
• Promote Fabcom’s product portfolio, including roofing tiles, steel sheets, roof trusses, keel systems, and solar roofing solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals while monitoring customer payments.
• Build long‑term relationships with homeowners, contractors, architects, engineers, developers, distributors, and corporate clients.

Required profile

• Target‑driven, customer‑focused professional with strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently in the field and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar B2B environment.
