Field Sales Development Rep

About the role

Jarakey is looking for a proactive Field Sales Development Representative to expand its customer base across Lagos. You will spend most of your week visiting estates, gated communities, commercial buildings and facility management offices to showcase our software and drive new subscriptions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential customers in estates, gated communities, commercial buildings and facility management offices.
• Demonstrate Jarakey’s software to property managers, developers and facility teams, explaining its operational benefits.
• Plan and organise daily and weekly field visits across the assigned territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle – from initial meeting, quotation preparation, pricing discussion, negotiation to signing subscription agreements.
• Support existing clients by renewing subscriptions and upselling additional services.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking visits, leads, follow‑ups and pipeline progress.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of sales experience, preferably in field sales, real estate, property or facilities management.
• Comfortable travelling across Lagos and meeting clients on‑site on a regular basis.
• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships and close sales through face‑to‑face engagement.
• Good understanding of Lagos real‑estate or facility‑management market is an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently while collaborating with the sales team.
