Field Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Field Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full‑time remote basis. In this role you will design and execute regional and virtual marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and support our revenue objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement market plans aligned with sales targets.
• Plan, launch and manage both virtual and on‑the‑ground marketing events.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product and marketing teams to tailor messaging for specific segments.
• Create and localise content for field‑focused initiatives.
• Engage prospects and partners, staying current on market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field marketing and market planning.
• Demonstrated ability to generate and nurture leads through the marketing funnel.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and aligning marketing activities with sales goals.
• Self‑motivated, organised and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Ability to analyse campaign data and produce data‑driven recommendations.
