Marketing and Sales Manager for Hotel

About the role

The Marketing and Sales Manager will drive revenue for Bourdillon Hotel & Suites by creating and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, building corporate relationships, and positioning the property as the top hospitality choice in Abuja.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost occupancy and revenue.
• Source and secure corporate clients, government agencies, NGOs, embassies, airlines, travel agencies, event planners and private organisations.
• Prepare competitive proposals, negotiate contracts and meet monthly/annual sales targets.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with existing corporate accounts and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Lead promotional campaigns, collaborate with the Social Media Team and represent the hotel at exhibitions and trade fairs.
• Monitor competitor activity and recommend actions to keep the hotel competitive.
• Report daily, weekly and monthly marketing activities, maintain accurate sales records and provide revenue forecasts.

• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Front Office, Reservations, Food & Beverage and Operations teams.
