Video Editor for Paid Social Ads

About the role

Nysonian is seeking a Video Editor to create high‑performing paid‑social video ads for its global lifestyle brands. You will transform raw footage, UGC and influencer content into compelling, data‑driven ads optimized for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and produce high‑quality video assets for social media, paid ads, websites and campaign initiatives.
• Craft strong hooks, pacing and platform‑specific storytelling to maximize CTR, engagement and ROAS.
• Integrate motion graphics, captions, music and sound design to elevate content quality.
• Convert long‑form content into short‑form formats such as TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and strategists to align creative with brand and campaign goals.
• Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround while adhering to brand standards.
• Analyze ad performance data and apply learnings to continuously improve future creatives.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of video editing experience in fast‑paced environments (agency, DTC or e‑commerce).
• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Communications or related field (preferred).
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to test, optimize and improve creative performance.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or equivalent.
• Experience with AI‑driven video tools such as Runway ML.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Meta content formats and performance dynamics.
• Motion graphics, basic animation and sound design capabilities.
