Field Marketing Officer – Hospital Outreach

About the role
The Field Marketing Officer will work on the ground inside government hospitals across Nigeria, promoting the Tele‑Ecare solution to patients waiting for medical care. This entry‑level position focuses on direct patient engagement, mobile registration, and achieving enrollment targets.
Key responsibilities
- Operate physically within designated government hospitals, covering waiting areas, OPD and emergency queues.
- Engage patients, explain the benefits of Tele‑Ecare, and persuade them to register via mobile devices.
- Achieve and exceed weekly patient enrollment targets.
- Navigate hospital bureaucracy and maintain a professional presence in busy clinical environments.
Required profile
- Resilient with thick skin; able to handle frequent rejection.
- High emotional intelligence to distinguish between pain and impatience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to connect with diverse patients.
- Street‑smart and capable of working within hospital administrative processes.
- Previous experience in FMCG sales, insurance, or hospital marketing is a plus, but attitude is paramount.
