Field Marketer & Sales Executive - Solar Solutions

About the role

Wattforge Energy Limited is hiring a Field Marketer and Sales Executive in Lagos (Marina) to promote its solar solutions directly in the field. The role involves visiting target locations daily, talking to homeowners and business owners, generating leads and supporting their conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Visit target locations daily to promote Wattforge's solar solutions and speak with homeowners, business owners and prospects.
• Generate qualified leads and follow up on interested prospects.
• Support customer conversion through direct engagement and basic product explanation.
• Distribute flyers, share brand information and create local market awareness.
• Keep daily records of visits, leads, conversations and outcomes, and report market feedback, customer objections and opportunities.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets for activity and lead generation.

Required profile

• Minimum of an SSCE; OND and above in a relevant field is an added advantage.
• Experience in field marketing, direct sales, door-to-door marketing or outdoor lead generation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confidence in approaching people and starting conversations.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Familiarity with Lekki, Ajah and surrounding areas is an advantage; applicants must reside in Lagos.
