Field Marketer - Loan Products

About the role

Swift Consulting is hiring a full-time Marketer in Lagos (Marina) to promote its loan products and services to prospective customers. The role covers lead generation, customer follow-up and meeting marketing targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the organization's loan products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify and develop new customer leads through field marketing, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Explain loan products, eligibility requirements, terms and repayment conditions to customers.
• Follow up with leads and support customers through the loan application process.
• Meet and exceed assigned marketing and customer acquisition targets.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and customer acquisition.

Required profile

• OND/HND/B.Sc. or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, microfinance, lending, fintech or financial services is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets; proactive, confident and results-driven.
