Field Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Field Marketer to join our team in Marina, Nigeria. In this role you will act as the face of our retail and FMCG brands, building relationships with local business owners and gathering market insights. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure that our offerings meet the specific needs of each market segment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop trust and rapport with business owners across the region.
• Collect feedback on prospects’ business needs, challenges and opportunities.
• Provide tailored information and product recommendations based on customer requirements.
• Report market trends and customer insights to the sales and marketing teams.
• Assist in organizing local promotional events and product demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, conversations and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Minimum of an HND (Higher National Diploma) or equivalent.
• At least 12 months of experience in a similar field marketing or sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and work independently.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
