Field Application Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Field Application Engineer to provide pre‑sales technical support and after‑sales service to our clients across Nigeria. You will act as the technical bridge between customers and our engineering team, ensuring successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑sales technical assistance and post‑sales support to local clients.
• Resolve technical issues, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Develop deep knowledge of Solar Pro Energy’s products and solutions.
• Provide professional technical consultation and recommend solutions.
• Support the sales manager in achieving regional sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth.
• Gather market feedback and customer requirements for product improvement.
• Conduct technical training, product demonstrations, workshops, and new‑product promotions.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electronics, communications, computer science or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in pre‑sales or post‑sales technical support; Field Application Engineer experience is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to liaise with headquarters in China.
• Excellent technical comprehension and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team‑oriented with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Must be a local national of an African country (Nigeria) and permanently based in the region.
