About the role

The Intern Field Support Engineer works alongside senior engineers to provide hands‑on technical support, hardware maintenance, network troubleshooting, and equipment installation for corporate clients or local sites.

Key responsibilities

Provide hands‑on technical support to clients.
Perform hardware maintenance on fiber equipment.
Troubleshoot network issues in the field.
Install and commission fiber equipment at customer sites.
