About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences for guests at Four Points by Sheraton, handling everything from table setup to guest interaction while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, and serve guests throughout their meal.
- Maintain clean work areas, manage supplies, and ensure all service equipment is in good condition.
- Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and reaching.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience or specific certifications required.
