About the role
The Factory Manager will lead the daily operations of a garment manufacturing facility in Abuja. This role ensures production targets are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards. You will work closely with design, procurement, and senior management to deliver on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all factory activities, including production scheduling, staff supervision, and equipment maintenance.
- Monitor productivity, implement efficiency improvements, and manage inventory of fabrics and trims.
- Ensure garments meet quality specifications and enforce health and safety regulations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly production reports and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with designers and other departments to align production goals with business objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience managing a garment factory or similar production environment.
- Resident of Abuja, Nigeria.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
