About the role
We are seeking a proactive Factory Manager to lead our furniture production facility in Abuja. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards, and driving efficiency across the plant.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise factory staff and coordinate workflow to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain European‑standard quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, material usage, and equipment performance.
- Liaise with design and procurement teams to align production schedules.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks promptly.
- Track and report on production metrics and deadlines.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing furniture manufacturing operations.
- Proven background in supervising production teams and meeting timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
- Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience with quality control processes in a European‑standard environment.
