Facility Manager / Supervisor

About the role

The Facility Manager/Supervisor plays a key role in keeping the Center's physical infrastructure running smoothly. The role oversees the day-to-day operation of facilities such as training halls, offices and co-working spaces, ensuring a safe, clean and professional environment that supports the Center's mission. It also manages maintenance, service providers and operational logistics so that costs are controlled and health, safety and environmental standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all facility spaces, including training halls, offices and co-working areas.
• Ensure electricity, water, internet and office equipment stay functional.
• Manage the allocation, use and policy compliance of co-working spaces and private offices.
• Monitor cleanliness, orderliness and adherence to facility standards.
• Coordinate with external providers such as electricity, waste management, security, gardening and cleaning services, and supervise vendors to check service quality.
• Spot maintenance issues early and arrange timely repairs.
• Keep accurate records of facility use, maintenance schedules and service provider activity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations.
• Support trainings, events and programs with venue setup and equipment readiness.
• Monitor utility consumption to improve cost efficiency and sustainability.
• Handle facility complaints professionally and quickly.
