About the role
The Facilities Manager will lead a team responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of all bank facilities in the assigned region, ensuring safety, compliance, and high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee facilities staff, daily operations, and preventive maintenance to keep buildings and equipment in optimal condition.
- Implement safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage relationships with service providers, monitor service quality, and ensure cost‑effective procurement.
- Coordinate preventive repairs, renovations, and relocations, delivering projects on time and within budget.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Estate/Facilities Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in facilities or customer service management.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, risk management, and procurement policies.
