Experienced Tax Auditor

About the role

We are looking for an Experienced Tax Auditor to join our dynamic team and contribute to complex tax engagements. This full‑time, onsite position requires deep expertise in Nigerian tax regulations and the ability to lead audit assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and manage tax audits, investigations, and dispute resolutions.
• Lead audit teams and oversee complex tax audit assignments.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and documentation for clients and authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax laws, including Personal Income Tax, PAYE, and Withholding Tax.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CITN.
• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in tax auditing.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax legislation and state taxes.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Nigerian tax laws (Personal Income Tax, PAYE, Withholding Tax).
• Proficiency in tax audit procedures and investigations.
