Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in retail or store management.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and improving performance.
• Excellent inventory and stock-control experience.
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Strong communication, reporting, and organisational abilities.
• Experience with luxury, lifestyle, sports, or premium retail brands is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and maintain high standards.
