About the role

An experienced clinical psychologist is needed to lead youth mental health services in Ibadan. The role involves designing, implementing and evaluating treatment programs.

Key responsibilities

Provide leadership in the design, implementation, and evaluation of clinical treatment services.
Ensure services are individualized, strengths‑based, and person‑centered, incorporating youth and family voice.
Oversee development, implementation, and review of treatment plans aligned with assessed needs and desired outcomes.
Ensure integration of trauma‑informed care, behavioral health best practices, and evidence‑based interventions.

Required profile

Masters degree holder or currently pursuing one.
Clinical experience in youth mental health.
Ready to resume immediately.
