Executive Personal Assistant to CEO

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of Soteria Eye Clinic, ensuring efficient management of his schedule and communications.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO.
• Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, schedule meetings and resolve conflicts.
• Handle confidential documents with discretion.
• Arrange domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries.
• Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations and briefings.
• Liaise with senior leadership, board members and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and address needs to optimize the CEO’s time and priorities.

Required profile

• 3-4 years of proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.
