Executive Director, Enterprise Solutions

About the role

The Executive Director, Enterprise Solutions will serve as the primary IT leader for ForHealth Consulting’s Enterprise Solutions team. Reporting to the Managing Director of Digital Solutions, this senior leader will shape strategy, delivery and operational support for shared solutions and IT services that span the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi‑disciplinary Enterprise Solutions IT team, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and service excellence.
• Oversee the delivery and lifecycle management of shared solutions that support the ForHealth Consulting IT roadmap, including planning for end‑of‑life replacements and modernization.
• Collaborate with Digital Solutions HCFS and HSS teams to leverage common platforms, ensure integration and promote standardization.
• Partner with the Architecture/Capture team to evaluate new opportunities, design scalable solutions and drive end‑to‑end delivery of technology capabilities.
• Work closely with the broader Digital Solutions organization to prioritize initiatives that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Manage the operational relationship with UMass Chan IT to align external deliverables with ForHealth Consulting priorities.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions, services and infrastructure, proactively tracking issues and escalating when necessary.
• Provide oversight of test‑automation procurement and implementation to build automation capabilities for the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and managing multi‑disciplinary IT teams.
• Strong track record of aligning technology strategy with business goals.
• Experience overseeing enterprise‑wide shared solutions and service delivery.
• Ability to collaborate across digital, architecture and external partner teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving and issue‑resolution skills in a complex IT environment.
