About the role
We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast‑paced environment. The role combines office management, executive scheduling, and strategic communication to keep operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized work environment.
- Manage executive calendars, arrange travel, coordinate conferences and schedule appointments.
- Prepare, edit and format correspondence, reports and presentations with high accuracy.
- Develop and execute social‑media strategies to boost the organization’s online presence.
- Plan and execute corporate events, from internal meetings to large conferences.
- Monitor multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coach junior administrative staff and foster a culture of growth.
- Serve as primary contact for internal and external communications, managing key relationships.
Required profile
- HND or first degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or related social sciences.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with event planning and office‑management background.
- Fluency in English and Hausa.
- Strong decision‑making ability and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Experience with ERP/HRMS/Project‑Management systems.
- Competence in using various social‑media platforms for business purposes.
