Events & Experiential Specialist

About the role

CIG Motors is looking for an Events & Experiential Specialist to plan and run events, activations and experiential marketing initiatives such as test drives, exhibitions, product launches and sponsorships. The role strengthens the brand's visibility and deepens customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute company events, exhibitions, test-drive sessions, product launches and brand activations, managing logistics, timelines and on-the-ground delivery.
• Sourcing and managing vendors, venues and suppliers, and managing event budgets to deliver cost-effectively without compromising quality.
• Design experiential marketing concepts that drive brand engagement and lead generation.
• Identify and support sponsorship opportunities and partner activations aligned with brand objectives.
• Work closely with sales, marketing and dealership teams to align events with business goals.
• Evaluate event outcomes, collect feedback and report on turnout, leads generated and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in events management or experiential marketing.
• Experience in the automotive or a related consumer industry is an advantage.
