Estate Surveyor & Valuer

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Estate Surveyor & Valuer to join its real‑estate team in Victoria Island, Lagos. The role involves conducting property inspections, preparing valuation reports and supporting property management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out property inspections and site visits.
• Prepare valuation reports for various property types.
• Manage property management and agency assignments.
• Source, market and facilitate sale or letting of properties.
• Follow up with clients and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research and property analysis.
• Attend meetings, inspections and client engagements.
• Achieve assigned KPIs and business targets.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in estate surveying and valuation.
• Strong knowledge of the Lagos property market.
• Ability to work independently and produce clear professional reports.
• Excellent communication skills and client‑focused attitude.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to new business opportunities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
