Enterprise Architect

About the role

The Enterprise Architect will design, manage and optimise the technology and solution architecture that underpins ForHealth Consulting’s strategic objectives. Reporting to the Digital Solutions Managing Director, this role collaborates across departments to ensure seamless integration of systems, processes and technologies while aligning with organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor, building relationships and facilitating cross‑functional collaboration.
• Partner with executive, business‑unit and technology leaders to assess standards, architectures and provide strategic guidance.
• Support business development and capture activities by contributing to proposals, client meetings and solution design.
• Define and propose architecture and solutions for new client and market opportunities.
• Design end‑to‑end architectures covering business, data, application and technology layers.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with corporate and client goals.
• Identify, select and deliver solutions that improve interoperability, scalability and security.
• Continuously evaluate the technology portfolio to recommend consolidation, modernisation and innovation initiatives.
• Provide oversight and supervision to the Capture Team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise or solution architecture within a consulting environment.
• Strong ability to translate strategic objectives into practical technology roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience leading capture or proposal teams and influencing senior leadership.
• Demonstrated track record of driving technology optimisation and innovation.
