Engineering Services Engineer

About the role

The Engineering Services Engineer will lead the planning, execution, and reporting of maintenance activities for Ultimum Limited’s beverage manufacturing facilities. This role ensures reliability, efficiency, and safety of engineering systems while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate budgeting and control for all asset maintenance in collaboration with maintenance engineers.
• Train maintenance staff and new managers on the company CMMS (SAP PM modules).
• Control maintenance planning and monitor the execution of planned maintenance tasks.
• Plan, source, and procure engineering services and spares locally and internationally.
• Manage safety standards for central engineering activities and facilities maintenance.
• Report engineering performance indices according to defined frequencies.
• Coordinate sustainability and improvement systems such as Total Productive Management (TPM).
• Oversee yearly certifications, licences, approvals, and third‑party contract services for engineering.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in plant production and maintenance, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing standards and regulatory requirements for FMCG or beverages.
• Proven track record in continuous improvement and high‑performing team environments.

Required skills

• SAP PM and CMMS expertise.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Extensive knowledge of preventive maintenance and engineering principles.
• Problem‑analysis and preventive methodology skills.
• Familiarity with Total Productive Management (TPM) concepts.
