About the role
The Engineering and Maintenance Technician will join our manufacturing facility in Ibadan to ensure all plant equipment runs reliably. You will be responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting continuous improvement and safety compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns promptly.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
- Monitor facility infrastructure to optimise equipment performance.
- Assist engineering projects and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Required profile
- Relevant trade certification, technical qualification, or engineering diploma.
- At least two years of experience in facility maintenance, industrial engineering, or related operations.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and knowledge of industrial safety procedures.
