About the role
The Electronics Retail Manager will lead the electronics category, driving sales growth and ensuring an excellent customer experience in our Lagos store.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve assigned revenue targets for the electronics category.
- Lead, train and motivate the electronics sales team, monitoring performance and providing feedback.
- Manage stock accuracy, monitor losses, and ensure timely replenishment of fast‑moving items.
- Oversee promotional execution, product displays and in‑store marketing materials.
- Handle customer complaints, after‑sales service issues and coordinate returns and refunds.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in electronics retail or similar environment, with proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making skills.
- Good commercial awareness and customer‑service orientation.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for preparing sales and inventory reports.
