Electrician – Healthcare Facility (Enugu)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Electrician to manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within a healthcare environment in Enugu. The role ensures reliable power supply, compliance with safety standards, and supports procurement of electrical materials.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair wiring, equipment, generators, ATS panels, transformers, inverters, UPS systems, and distribution boards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all electrical installations.
• Monitor power generation and distribution, keep performance logs, and respond to emergencies.
• Prepare detailed maintenance, incident, and technical reports.
• Identify material requirements, prepare specifications, liaise with vendors, and manage inventory of critical electrical supplies.
• Conduct safety inspections, enforce compliance with electrical regulations, and participate in facility audits.

Required profile

• HND, OND or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance, preferably in a healthcare or similar high‑availability setting.
• Proven ability to produce accurate technical documentation and reports.
