Electrical Engineer

About the role

The Electrical Engineer will design, develop and test electrical systems that support R&D and product development, while leading a multidisciplinary team through the product life‑cycle to ensure successful mass‑production transition.

Key responsibilities

• Create electrical systems and components for power, household appliances and electronic devices.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for all electrical equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections, identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and troubleshooting for boiler‑related failures and performance problems.
• Mentor and train engineering staff, fostering continuous improvement.
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation, including performance reports and compliance records.

Required profile

• BSc or HND in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years experience in boiler design, operation and maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Membership with COREN, NSE and other recognized engineering bodies (e.g., PMP, ACEN, NAE, APWEN).
