Electrical & Electronics Engineer – Marine Systems

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Electrical & Electronics Engineer to join our team in Lagos, focusing on marine communication and navigation equipment. The role involves hands‑on work on vessels and requires a strong technical background in electronics.

Key responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain marine communication and navigation equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and periodic maintenance of electronic systems on vessels.
• Support equipment selection and provide technical recommendations.
• Prepare and submit accurate technical service reports.
• Provide professional technical support and maintain good client relationships.

Required profile

• HND in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with electronics troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to work independently and on vessels, at sea, and at heights.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and quality‑conscious.
• Willingness to travel and work in marine environments.
