E‑Commerce Manager – Drive Online Sales

About the role

We are looking for an experienced E‑Commerce Manager to lead and expand our online sales operations in Lagos. You will shape the digital strategy, manage platforms and drive revenue growth through effective merchandising and marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute e‑commerce strategies to increase sales and revenue.
• Manage e‑commerce platforms, marketplaces, product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, SEO, online advertising, and customer acquisition.
• Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, sales performance, and customer behavior.
• Oversee online merchandising, inventory availability, order fulfilment, and customer experience.
• Use analytics to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, IT, and other teams.
• Manage and develop the e‑commerce team.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, IT or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on, generalist e‑commerce experience.
• Proven experience managing e‑commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Strong commercial, analytical, communication and leadership abilities.
