E-Business Officer

About the role

MBA Microfinance Bank is hiring an E-Business Officer in Ibadan and Oyo State, Nigeria. The role covers digital banking channels, customer support on electronic channels, reconciliation of transaction accounts and compliance with digital risk and anti-fraud standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and optimise digital banking services, mobile apps, internet banking and electronic payment gateways.
• Align e-business operations with organisational goals to grow active users, transaction volume and channel profitability.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and technical issues on electronic channels, card services and failed transactions.
• Review merchant settlement accounts, transaction staging accounts and clearing suspense accounts to find and fix discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to digital risk management, anti-fraud guidelines and regulatory standards for electronic payments.
• Work with technology, product and operations teams to test and launch new digital features or API integrations.

Required profile

• HND qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
