Documentation Officer – Marine Operations Analyst

About the role
The Documentation Officer will ensure that all paperwork related to invoicing, procurement, customs clearance, and purchase orders for stores and technical supplies is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards. This role supports timely vessel invoicing, cost control, and adherence to statutory and operational regulations within a dynamic marine logistics environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review all documents related to invoices and procurement.
- Verify documents against purchase orders and quotations.
- Identify and resolve invoicing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation for easy access by technical officers.
- Suggest improvements to documentation and workflow processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 2‑3 years’ experience in marine operations, documentation, or related accounting.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply‑chain management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
