Distribution Driver – Calabar

About the role

Salpha Energy is seeking a reliable Distribution Driver to safely move and distribute solar inventory across Calabar and surrounding areas. You will play a key part in ensuring our renewable energy products reach customers on time and in perfect condition.

Key responsibilities

• Transport and deliver inventory to assigned locations while adhering to schedules.
• Load and unload goods carefully to avoid damage.
• Verify quantities against delivery notes and waybills.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness.
• Navigate routes efficiently, adjusting as needed.
• Comply with traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Assist warehouse teams during loading, off‑loading, and inventory handover when required.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Familiarity with Calabar roads and traffic signs.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• High sense of responsibility, reliability, and time‑management.
• Residence in or around the Calabar‑FZE axis.
