About the role
We are looking for a reliable Dispatch Rider to pick up and deliver parcels across Port Harcourt. The role involves timely deliveries, safe handling of items, and providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver parcels/packages to clients within Port Harcourt on time.
- Ensure safe handling of items during transit.
- Maintain proper records of deliveries and collections.
- Provide excellent customer service during drop‑offs.
- Keep the motorcycle well maintained and in good condition.
Required profile
- Valid motorcycle riding ability; a rider’s licence is an advantage.
- Residence near Rumuosi or its environs is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Port Harcourt routes and landmarks.
- Honest, punctual and customer‑friendly attitude.
- Physically fit and ready to work.
- Own an Android phone for communication and tracking.
