Director of Legal

About the role

The Director of Legal is a senior executive who leads legal, governance, regulatory, compliance, and risk management functions for Cavista Holdings and its portfolio companies. Reporting to the executive leadership team, this role provides strategic counsel that supports growth, protects enterprise value, and enables sound decision‑making across a diversified, multi‑industry organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a group‑wide legal strategy aligned with business objectives and long‑term vision.
• Provide legal advisory services to the Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and portfolio company leaders.
• Establish and maintain world‑class corporate governance frameworks, policies, and practices.
• Offer strategic legal recommendations on expansions, investments, acquisitions, partnerships, and corporate restructurings.
• Manage legal risk and support complex commercial transactions and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and legal excellence throughout the organization.
