Direct Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Direct Sales Executive to join Henriken Consulting Limited’s banking division. The role focuses on acquiring new customers and promoting a range of financial products across the Marina area.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through direct and field sales activities.
• Promote and sell the bank’s financial products, including accounts, deposits, and loans.
• Drive account opening, deposit mobilization, and loan acquisition.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct daily market visits, generate quality leads, and build a robust customer pipeline.
• Achieve and consistently exceed sales and business development targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update market activity logs.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience within a financial institution.
• Experience in micro‑finance, commercial banking, fintech, or related financial services is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales, deposit, loan, or customer acquisition targets.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and the Lagos market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Highly energetic, confident, and results‑driven with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
