About the role
We are looking for a motivated Direct Sales Agent to join Elevare Human Solutions Ltd on a contractor basis. The role focuses on acquiring new customers for our banking, finance and insurance services across the Rest of Nigeria.
Key responsibilities
- Source and onboard new customers.
- Drive account opening and activation processes.
- Support customers with onboarding and transaction guidance.
- Meet assigned monthly acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow compliance procedures.
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales, field marketing, or account acquisition is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target‑driven and self‑motivated.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Own a smartphone and comfortable using digital tools.
- Immediate availability preferred.
