Direct Sales Agent

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Direct Sales Agent to drive the acquisition of new customers for our digital financial product across Lagos and Abuja. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, building relationships and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Generate leads through networking, cold‑calling and digital marketing channels.
• Present product features and benefits, creating awareness among prospects.
• Provide responsive customer service and address product‑related inquiries.
• Maintain schedules, track leads and sales activities, and submit regular reports.
• Gather customer feedback to foster repeat business and improve offerings.

Required profile

• B.Sc or HND in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales, marketing or customer acquisition, preferably within finance or credit organisations.
• Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer‑focused with a results‑driven attitude.
• Basic understanding of financial services is a plus.
