Direct Sales Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Direct Sales Agent to drive customer acquisition for our digital financial products across Lagos and Abuja. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
• Generate new customer leads through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing channels.
• Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of product features and benefits to prospects.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to product‑related inquiries.
• Manage schedules, track leads and sales, and submit regular reports to your supervisor.
• Listen to customer feedback and use it to generate repeat sales.
• Stay up‑to‑date on all product information.

Required profile

• B.Sc or HND in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition within a finance or credit organization.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Customer‑focused with a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
• Basic understanding of financial services is preferred.
