Digital & Media Executive

About the role

The Digital & Media Executive will lead the company’s social media and digital presence, driving brand visibility and product adoption through data‑driven campaigns. Working closely with external agencies, the role ensures that digital activities align with seasonal crop cycles and overall marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with appointed digital agencies to design and execute social media strategies linked to key crops and marketing goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish targeted content on Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor audience engagement, platform performance, and competitor activity to continuously optimise campaigns.
• Build and nurture online communities by responding promptly to inquiries, comments, and feedback.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and a positive brand image across all digital channels.
• Analyse performance reports from agencies and internal tools, translating data into actionable insights.
• Prepare and present concise digital performance updates to the Head of Marketing.
• Stay informed on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:1) in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret performance data.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of agriculture, crop production or agri‑business marketing is a plus.
