Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

BAFF is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead user acquisition, product adoption, engagement and retention across its digital channels. This full‑time, on‑site position in Ikorodu will focus on data‑driven growth campaigns that boost brand awareness and generate qualified users for the fintech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and other platforms.
• Drive acquisition through paid media, SEO, content, email, referral and partnership initiatives.
• Design lifecycle marketing programmes, onboarding journeys and customer‑engagement tactics.
• Create compelling copy and visuals for social media, blogs, landing pages, emails and product launches.
• Monitor performance with Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager and marketing automation tools.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, creatives, messaging and conversion funnels.
• Report on CAC, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, retention, LTV and ROI.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Design teams to launch new features and educational campaigns.
• Manage the online community and ensure consistent brand messaging.
