Key responsibilities

• Manage the studio’s digital presence and social media channels.
• Plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, and audience growth initiatives.
• Optimize monetization opportunities, especially on YouTube.
• Analyze performance data to refine strategies and report results.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and audience behavior to keep our stories relevant.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube growth, monetization, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Excellent content planning and community management abilities.
• Good understanding of digital culture, trends, and audience behavior.
