Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of digital campaigns to boost Kingford Homes’ brand visibility and generate qualified leads for its residential and commercial projects in Lagos. Working on‑site, you will collaborate closely with sales, design and leadership teams to ensure digital activities align with business objectives and marketing calendars.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi‑channel digital marketing strategies across social media, paid advertising, email and the company website.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content, managing community interaction on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Oversee paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and other platforms, monitoring performance and ROI.
• Analyse web traffic and campaign data using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
• Coordinate email marketing initiatives and maintain the website’s content and SEO health.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the real‑estate sector.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within real‑estate, property development or a fast‑paced consumer‑focused environment.
• Strong copywriting and content creation abilities with attention to brand consistency.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and time‑management skills.
• Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
